The rules for using CasaFlow.

1. About CasaFlow

CasaFlow is a property discovery platform being developed to help guests discover apartments and short-let properties and to help verified property owners and short-let businesses reach potential guests.

Some features described on the CasaFlow website may be planned features and may not yet be available. The availability of any particular feature may change as the platform develops.

2. Accepting These Terms

By accessing or using CasaFlow, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations.

As CasaFlow's property marketplace develops, property owners may be able to submit properties for listing on the platform.

Property owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about properties they submit, including information such as descriptions, photographs, amenities, location, pricing, and availability where applicable.

Property owners must have the appropriate authority to advertise and offer the properties they submit to CasaFlow.

6. Verification

CasaFlow is designed to support a verification process for properties and property owners.

Where a property or property owner is presented as verified, that verification is intended to provide additional information and confidence to users.

Verification should not be understood as a guarantee that every aspect of a property, its condition, its owner, or a user's eventual experience will be perfect.

CasaFlow may review, suspend, remove, or request additional information concerning a listing where it considers that action appropriate.

7. Information Provided by Users

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to CasaFlow is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

You must not submit information that infringes another person's rights, violates applicable law, or is intended to deceive other users.

8. Bookings and Payments

CasaFlow's booking and payment functionality may be introduced as the platform develops.

Where booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or related features are made available, additional terms may apply to those services.

CasaFlow will not treat features that have not yet been launched as currently available services.
